California

Los Angeles, Gardena, Richmond, San Diego and Sacramento Terminals – Delivers light oil products (24/7) to retail outlets throughout the local area. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.

Santa Paula, Bakersfield and Santa Maria Terminals – Gathers crude oil at various producers’ lease sites and delivers to Phillips 66 supply injection points. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.

Colorado

Denver Terminal – Delivers Light Oil products to Phillips 66 locations in the Denver area. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.

Wilmington – Corporate Headquarters

Georgia

Savannah Terminal – Provides transportation services to Phillips 66 hauling Lube Oil products with deliveries throughout the US. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.

Illinois

Hartford Terminal – Provides transportation services to Phillips 66 hauling Lube Oil products with deliveries throughout the US. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.

Louisiana

Egan Terminal – Primary business involves picking up Crude Oil at remote lease sites and transporting to Pipeline Unload Stations. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.

Lake Charles Terminal – Provides transportation services to Phillips 66 Refinery hauling Crude Oil, Petroleum Coke, and Lube Oil products. CDL Class A is required. Some need endorsements.

Montana

Billings and Melstone Terminal – the delivery of Crude Oil, Butane, Jet fuel, Gasoline and Diesel fuel in the local operating areas, also provides transportation services to local refineries. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.

New Mexico

Hobbs Terminal – Primary business of the Hobbs Terminal involves picking up Crude Oil at remote lease sites and transporting to Pipeline Unload Stations. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements. (Note: This terminal serves as headquarters for various smaller satellite locations)

Oklahoma

Hennessey and Lindsay Terminals – Primary business involves picking up Crude Oil at remote lease sites and transporting to Pipeline Unload Stations. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements. (Note: These terminal serves as headquarters for various smaller satellite locations.)

Ponca City Terminal – Primary business is providing transportation services including Vacuum Truck, Roll-off box, and repair shop services for the Phillips 66 Refinery. Requirements vary based on position. CDL Class A along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements are preferred or may be required.

Oregon

Portland Terminal – Delivers Light Oil products to Phillips 66 locations in the Portland area. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.

Texas

Abilene Terminal – Primary business involves picking up Crude Oil at remote lease sites and transporting to Pipeline Unload Stations. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements. (Note: This terminal serves as headquarters for various smaller satellite locations)

Kenedy Terminal – Primary business involves picking up Crude Oil at remote lease sites and transporting to Pipeline Unload Stations. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.

Goldsmith Terminal – Primary business involves picking up Crude Oil at remote lease sites and transporting to Pipeline Unload Stations. CDL Class A is required along with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements. (Note: This terminal serves as headquarters for various smaller satellite locations)
